		<description>You took the time to put up this useful information.  Why you don&#039;t take the time to learn about the cab industry.  Learn why bad service is so prevalent in this business.  I&#039;ve driven for many many years and the &quot;Bill of Rights&quot; is just common sense to me (that includes the drivers rights).  The cab business is a very corrupt and monopolistic business encouraged that way by city rules &amp; regulations.  If you don&#039;t care or want to know then... nothing will change.  

(The two &quot;incidents&quot; you mentioned would never have happened in my cab. Even though I&#039;m only allowed to carry the amount of people that I have seatbelts for... drivers need to use common sense in a situation like you described and there are very few reasons to ever yell at a customer).</description>
