Nope- it’s not unclear. I totally agree with your statement, “Only then will they be truly available for sharing, collaboration and reuse. The fact that they are simply “digital” or “available on the Internet” alone is not enough.”

Thanks for the clarification Emily. I hope it was clear that I was talking about “digital textbooks” in general and not singling out Flexbooks and telling them what to do. If that was unclear, I will rework the text.
